For the last 5 years I have been leading cosulting projects that helped many companies to achieve their goals through better understanding of key performance indicators and correct implementation of their strategy. As a result they were able to boost their sales performance, understand and analize their sources of advantage, strategic options, customers and employees, develop a more focused market-oriented strategy and acquire leadership qualities.

We have an extensive experience in leading training seminars, workshops and project teams at all levels of an organization. We also have a lot of experience in dealing with different corporate and international cultures, styles while implementing changes, mobilizing and motivating people and getting done what has to be done. 4. We develop systems that allow our clients to measure the effectiveness of their strategy execution: brand presence and positioning in the market, the employees behavior and performance by setting up Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising, Leadership Standards. We differentiate the end result from the person's effort and the work process that lead to it. We measure both and create appropriate incentive systems based on the integrated performance. We also measure the impact of employee performance on the client satisfaction. And finally, we measure the effectiveness of Management Leadership on the employee performance and motivation. 5. We believe that management and business inefficiency is something that will always exist due tothe tension between: a) Companiess opportunities and resources, b) Strategy and implementation, and c) Corporate goals and personal interests.
